1. Product design

When the design of zinc alloy die-casting products begins, it is necessary to consider the feed port, slag discharge port and exhaust setting of the die-casting mold. Because the flow path of the workpiece for feeding and slagging is smooth, there is no air entrapment, no water stains, and no dark bubbles, which directly affects whether the subsequent electroplating blisters.  2. Development of die casting mold

In the development of die-casting molds, the tonnage, pressure, insufficient pressure, and poor exhaust of the molding machine should also be considered. 3. Pre-treatment surface

The pre-treatment surface of the polishing liquid, polishing paste, and oxide layer are not cleaned, and there is often rolling. The zinc alloy die-casting after rolling is bright. 4. When the product enters alkali copper

Before the product enters the alkali copper plating tank, the zinc alloy die-casting parts still have a black film that is not treated with oxide film to remove wax and oil. Therefore, the removal of the membrane is very critical. In the early years, it can be removed by using anti-staining salt. The current environmental protection does not allow the discharge of wastewater containing anti-staining salt.

  

5. Alkali copper plating tank

There are many organic substances in the alkaline copper plating tank, and there are many impurities, and the free cyanide is not in the range. Test the ingredients of the alkaline copper tank to see if the sodium cyanide is low or the sodium hydroxide is high! Very critical, it is recommended to treat the carbon once every 3-5 days.

  

6. Conductivity of alkali copper cylinder

The conductivity of the alkaline copper cylinder is also very important. Whether the anode is dissolved properly and the anode copper plate is sufficient will lead to blistering.

  

7. The product foams after coming out of the oven

It may be caused by the uneven temperature of the oven, that is, the temperature is too high. Due to the lack of tightness during die casting, it is easy for acid to enter the water stained trachoma of zinc alloy die castings.The acid and zinc will still react chemically even if there is a surface coating, generating a large amount of hydrogen H.
